If you have any question or you wanna go through a quick review of a topic or chapter in bio, chem or phy of A'levels, let me know I'll try to explain them.
I'm not sure about the last chapters of these 3 subjects but the rest, I'm sure I'll be of help. My explaining skills are good (or that's what I've been told by my college friend 😅).
If I don't know any better, I'll let know that too. 🤗

We have a singlet at 11 ppm which suggest a -COOH (Carboxylic acid Group)
We have a quartet at 3.4 ppm which we are told is normally expected at 2.4 ppm so that's a Ketone group
We have a doublet at ~1 ppm whoichy suggest a CH3 group
From the question we know the molecular formula is C4H6O4
Quartet shows adjjacent CH3
Doublet shows adjacent CH
Therefore we get HOOCCH(CH3)COOH
