If you have any question or you wanna go through a quick review of a topic or chapter in bio, chem or phy of A'levels, let me know I'll try to explain them.

I'm not sure about the last chapters of these 3 subjects but the rest, I'm sure I'll be of help. My explaining skills are good (or that's what I've been told by my college friend 😅).

If I don't know any better, I'll let know that too. 🤗

They need help with proton NMR and using it to predict structures of organic compounds

Ok
We have a singlet at 11 ppm which suggest a -COOH (Carboxylic acid Group)
We have a quartet at 3.4 ppm which we are told is normally expected at 2.4 ppm so that's a Ketone group
We have a doublet at ~1 ppm whoichy suggest a CH3 group
From the question we know the molecular formula is C4H6O4
Quartet shows adjjacent CH3
Doublet shows adjacent CH
Therefore we get HOOCCH(CH3)COOH

That makes sense now- thanks!!

Best way to improve exam marks is past paper questions on physics and maths tutor

When you do the past paper questions, different scenarios are presented to you so you learn how to put the theory you studied into action. Otherwise if you only go through the notes you made in class, you'd only be looking at the theoretical side. When you do the questions, the concepts you've studied settles in the mind more effectively.
