Easier said than done, but you can't live in the past.

If you keep thinking you're old in your teens and early 20s; one day you'll actually be old (i.e. pension age) and think how silly you were thinking you were old before you even started living your life.

Embrace your 20s, it's the best decade of your life. Live in the present.

Unless you're one of the oldest people on the planet then you cant call yourself old! There will always be somebody older than you who seem to be offended when you say it. I turned 33 this month. I have friends in their early 20's who call me old but also friends in their 50's and 60's who consider me a child in comparison to them.

Assuming you live to a 100, you are 20% dead. Take from that what you will

The average life expectancy is 80 if you're a male, 83 if you're female. That's today's old people though. A girl born today has a 50% chance of making it to a 100. I used 100 because it was easy math's, but you should probs go with mid 80's to 90.
