My daughter is a UK passport holder that has lived her entire life in France. She also holds a French passport. Her mother is a UK passport holder. Is my daughter eligible for government loans for university?

The government haven’t yet released details about whether uk nationals living in the EU are eligible for home fees or student finance.

Prior to brexit your daughter would only have been eligible for the funding available to EU resident EU citizens (tuition fee loan only). Post brexit I suspect the government will say she isn’t eligible for any support unless she moves to the UK for 3 years prior to the start of her course.
