Fellow Public Policy applicant here. I have a question about the personal statement requirement: do you know if the 4000 character limit also applies to the attachment?

The website says the personal statement "can be entered directly into the online application form (maximum 4,000 characters) or uploaded as an attachment to the online application form (maximum 2 pages)."

I applied for the psych programme, and I was told if we’re putting it in the box provided, then 3000 characters, but if it’s as an attachment, then not more than 2 pages

Hey. I'm sorry. My course mentioned here is wrong since I wrote this in the wrong thread 😂 For Kings, I applied to Msc. Global Affairs and no, I haven't heard from them yet. Have you?

Hey! No, it does not apply if you're attaching your personal statement as a separate document. The 4000 character limit only applies if you're typing it in the text box provided. However, do make sure the document does not exceed 2 pages if you're uploading it separately.

I applied on the 5th November. On the same day, they said the application can now be forwarded to the admissions staff. That's the last I've heard of them.
