Living costs at uni

So, we get roughly £8k loans for living costs at uni, but for Oxford it says the living costs range from about £10k - £15k. I was wondering, how would I be able to afford this?
a lot of people before going to an oxbridge uni take a gap year/ defer a year to work and save up a ton of money for their studies but if you don't want to do that you can always look at scholarships i think? i'm not sure if oxbridge unis offer them but its always good to have a look!
Part-time job or work full time in the summer
