Does anyone know any good online tutoring sites to tutor on (I am 17 btw) ?

unfortunately, a lot of online tutoring requires degree level and/or qualified teacher status

your best bet would be trying to tutor those in your network such as people in your school, family friends, neighbours etc

you can also advertise your service on gumtree / facebook / other social media
