applying to oxford while already at uni (european uni)

hi,
i have applied to oxford for PPE while already at a foreign european university that does not offer PPE and does not offer as specialized of courses. my first year module grades do not come out until december so i left them as to be determined though i am informally performing / getting marks in the first level which i will send through once they are finalized in dec. my highschool grades were the equivalent of A*A*A.
will there be any disadvantage to me in my eligibility for an interview offer? really nervous about this. has anybody had success applying to oxford while at another uni?
also, there is no concern on the "releasing" aspect of my app as my uni regularly allows students to transfer / switch unis.
