NHS Graduate Scheme

I’m hoping someone could help me
I want to apply for the human resource management graduate scheme with the NHS. People have told me that I need to write a personal statement. I think I saw a discussion on here and they mentioned a personal statement, but I don’t remember the year it was written. However, on the NHS website it doesn’t mention anything about a personal statement. Does anyone know if I need to write a personal statement or not?

There is no personal statement, a basic application form which collects your information.
If eligible you are then invited to complete several online tests,
If successful you will then be invited to an online virtual interview, and if successful here you will book onto an assessment centre.
I have completed this application and just waiting now. At no point can I recall a personal statement, whether that comes as part of the AC or final interview stages, I am unsure?
Good luck, I would personally advise to apply soon as they may potentially close if applications get too high....which they have warned about.
