Anyone thinking about not coming back to uni after Christmas?

My uni has been completely online this semester and it's probably not going to change for the rest of the year. I'm honestly thinking about moving out of my flat, handing in my notice (i'm 2nd year) and going back home to study remotely for the rest of the year, sometimes it just doesn't seem worth it to stay here when our area has had very strict restrictions for months. I'm a bit worried I would get bored at home though and regret it.
Anyone else considering this? The covid situation just seems like it will get worse again after xmas.

At the moment situations can change so quickly so I don't think you should make a huge rash decision just in case things do get better and restrictions are dropped. Perhaps speak to your friends and family and see what others are doing and go from there

Your uni should have a plan for second term so email them to see what they have in mind as some unis are hoping to implement face to face teaching!
