I made an enquiry with a clinic regarding laser eye surgery during the weekend and I received a missed call today and an email... by the time I got it I had to just email them back and they simply didn't reply back. I'm not sure if it was my email response or if they were simply busy however I did wait over 4 hours. What do you guys think?

I'm assuming they were busy. But if you don't hear anything back by about 1pm today, give them a ring
