Hi there,
I need some help I have been wearing my retainer for a couple of years now. I have been wearing them every other night now. But it’s just started cutting the top of my mouth. Should I stop wearing it then or not?

The same thing happened to me. You should stop wearing them for a week or two until the cuts heal. Then you can start wearing them again

You can try what anon 2 said but that doesn’t always work because you might just end up having the same problem again.
