I can't really give any advice sorry
But just take things as they come and think rationally about everything. Although our brains may go straight to panic mode do some breathers an think things through.
But also understand companies themselves are struggling and as you said we are in a recession so finding a job maybe even harder then ever.
Also hope your interview goes well!!!!
