I've got an interview at Jack Wills. Its gonna be over the phone. I was just wondering what questions I'll be asked and how I could answer them. Please help!

*What do you know about Jack wills
*Why do you want to work for Jack wills
*How would you go the extra mile for customers
*How would you deal with a customer who was complaining
*They may also ask about your availability/what hours you can do

An experienced interviewer won't ask "how would you do x?" because the interviewee can just give a party line.
They will ask for you to give real examples from your experience, eg "Tell me about a time when you had to solve a problem with..."
