Thought that for the first time too. But they already existed in Middle Ages in Belgium as food. From that perspective they have to be renamed from French fries to Belgian fries! :lol:


Nah. Belgium is a place with a large French culture and demographic. Their official language I believe is French too. So. It might have been French Belgians. The French have great food. Belgian chocolate. Belgian waffles. Similar to French patisseries.
I've heard the English boil their meat to cook it sometimes. how do american and British foods differ.
