no, ib doesn't give advantage. more work for less gain. learnt it the hard way
don't take ib only alevel

would i still be able to get into uni with it though cause i don’t want to move schools cause of my social anxiety so i just want to stay at my school but they only do ib biology and not a level

Yes, it’s accepted worldwide as well so that’s an advantage if you’re looking to study outside the country.
