Hello everyone, thanks for stopping by,
I'm planning to go to uni next year and am obviously filling out my UCAS application which is proving tricky in the finer details.
My dad is Irish (RoI) so he has Irish nationality so I should put 'Yes' to the finance question of if I have any family with an EU nationality, right?
Unfortunately, my dad passed away last year so /technically/ I don't have any EU national family anymore...
Can you see my confusion?

I’d assume no. Since you have no EU family members alive anymore, it would likely be seen as fraud if you said you did.
