Successful applications onto the RVC Gateway

Hello all!

I was just wondering what the successful candidate looks like?
E.g. what qualifications you had to gain entry, what work experience / general animal experience, or other relevant experience you had? Did you get in on first application or second? Did you apply for other gateway programmes, and were you successful or unsuccessful in those?

Sorry to ask so many questions.
Just looking to see what, if anything, I’m missing and give myself a better idea of what they look for in applicants!
