I can't because it's only 11:15pm which is practically like the afternoon for me.

Some people say a glass of warm milk helps.

Try tensing you muscles and relaxing them.

Sometimes we hold tension in our muscles and it is always a good idea to go through the body parts below and including the shoulders - tensing and relaxing them.

Try to rid your mind of any tensions by focusing on something specific like your breathing - maybe feeling if its cold on the in-breath and warm on the out-breath.

Normally I can stay up but I have to get up early and so doesn't help and thanks hahaha I had Apple juice , not sure that helps at all hahaha .

Practically afternoon, I'm guessing you're the sort that gets up late and goes bed late hahaha

I changed my bed time from 10 to midnight to make myself feel better about not being able to sleep. And now I am considering changing it to 1am.
