Try tensing you muscles and relaxing them.
Sometimes we hold tension in our muscles and it is always a good idea to go through the body parts below and including the shoulders - tensing and relaxing them.
Try to rid your mind of any tensions by focusing on something specific like your breathing - maybe feeling if its cold on the in-breath and warm on the out-breath.

I changed my bed time from 10 to midnight to make myself feel better about not being able to sleep. And now I am considering changing it to 1am.
