Guys I'm getting Us and Es and I've just started my chem and biology a levels and my teacher told me to drop it however I really want to carry on. Also when I try to revise I get up to revise but I always find a way to procrastinate for around like 2.5 hour for every 30 mins work I do .what do I do plz help

What are you doing when you’re procrastinating? Is it just going on your phone?
Best advice is to switch it off and give it to a family member to hold onto for a few hours.
