i am getting blood test for allergy. Would the blood results show if i have std or hiv too or do i need to get them tested separately?

You would need to get them tested separately. Your doctor needs to request for the STI screening

With a blood test you can see a few things, but certain things are not including in the report.

No, blood tests only look for a narrow range of things depending on what the doctor has actually asked for.
Allergy blood tests are completely different to STI blood tests.
