I'm incredibly unhappy with how my first year was delivered and want to get into contact with a student union to understand what rights I have regarding it. My university is a small one in Devon has no formal student union. I have never contacted a student union before and am not sure who I could contact for advice, anyone have the contacts for or a link for a general student union or a student advice board?

If you contact your university admin, they should direct you to the right person.
