I have a small lump and it looks like it’s secreting liquid. I shaved like last week and I only noticed it now. (I’m a girl btw) I pushed it and poked it a bit but it hurts more. How can I get rid of it ASAP? Or shall I just leave it

Disinfect it first and then try to pluck it very gently. If it doesn't work easily then go to a doctor because it sounds infected.

It will come out after a day or two you will be able to see a black dot. You can prode around a bit but make sure not to go too far because it will make it worse. Also make sure you sanitise all your tools.

And I'm just going with the most likely because like 90% of people have darker pubes.
