will I even get one offer? my personal statement is well put together but idk if my gcses will do me any favours...

Nobody other than the admissions tutor at each university can tell you whether you will get an offer although I suspect you will. Also check whether you are entitled to a contextual offer. Bristol in particular makes lower offers if you are and increases your option.
