I've applied today (26/11/2020) for Biomedical Science at Cardiff, Liverpool, Plymouth, Portsmouth and Warwick?

None of them are notoriously slow (think Edinburgh, UCL, St Andrews etc.), but you could hear any time between now and March really. I think average wait time is 7 weeks, but sometimes unis will hold onto applications until after the Jan 15th deadline to make sure they have space to offer places to the best applicants. Good luck anyway!
