You can’t change peoples opinions. I just leave them be.

I’ve seen first hand on what occurs, but I don’t relate that to them of course.

Did you watch the video of the lady speaking out against the NHS, and costing her job?

I felt like doing that at the beginning too but it’s too much risk factor involved.

I’ve had this done to me by one of the wards. Your company emails you to compile a reflective statement if the ward that the incident happened on wants a written statement.

It’s to acknowledge that the incident occurred and it’s in writing. Mine wasn’t anything bad, just my MH. Either way I was barred from working on that particular ward.

You’re welcome! 😊 thank you for your acknowledgment. Much appreciated.

Patience and understanding. Knowing that it’s not occurring on purpose is one way of acknowledging that mistakes will happen.

Time waste how?

The insane levels of signoff required to do anything, the NHS have an incredible ability of having tons of meetings but achieving very little in the time.

I often eat packed lunch. However they’re have been occasions when I’ve eaten hospital food. 😊

They have also been occasions where I only eat at home. Hospitals are quite nauseous at times. 😭
