Question: Point A has coordinates (2, 3, 6). Point B has coordinates (8, 6, 8). Find the point C so that AB and AC are in the same direction and |AC| = 77.
My working thus far: AB = (4 3 2) => AC = k(4 3 2) = 77
=> k * r29 = 77 => k = 77r29/29 => AC = 77r29/29 (4 3 2)
This looks too ugly to be right. Where have I gone wrong?
