I think im going to speak to my parents about seeing a gp because I have been unable to sleep for days now because I just have been stressed with stuff going on in my life. I just don’t what to do now because I just really badly want to sleep

It does. It makes your mind feel like you have tackled the problems and worries for the day.
Try it, give it a shot, it is worth a try. Search on google, a lot of people say this helped them. I have tried it myself and it used to help.
