I have a pass in an IT advanced level 3 apprenticeship, what does this mean in terms of UCAS and/or grades. With apprenticeships you can acheive pass, merit and distinction but there is no clarity in terms of UCAS points conversion

You would need to link the qualification. Imo it is likely to mean nothing in terms of UCAS point unless it gives a specific academic qualification like a BTEC. Level 3 NVQ are for work based learning not academic.

Id the qualification and exam board by asking your supervisor, then you cna see if its worth any ucas points.
