They would be right at the upper end of a healthy weight, perhaps at risk of becoming overweight.

You should ask for a GP's opinion on how healthy your weight is, but failing that, the NHS website has a BMI calculator that can roughly estimate if someone is overweight, underweight, or healthy weight. Using this calculator isn't as good as an actual doctor, but it should nonetheless give a more reliable answer than a random person on the internet could 😅
