Entry level roles in the NHS range from £24,214 to £30,112 (Band 5). As a more senior biomedical scientist, you will typically earn between £37,570 to £50,819 (Band 7/8a).

Hi miao8

It's massively useful! But it isn't an easy degree, so you need to have a good interest in the subject area to be able to put in the work to do well. Some very good options have been put above, but some less obvious career options include teaching, finance and biology-related charity work. If you enjoy biology and chemistry, particularly in their application in the human body and health, it's a really good option.
