So if party A puts out an offer by email to a company and party B accepted through the post as they could not by email, can party B then revoke their acceptance by email if the other party sees the revocation email before the acceptance letter?
I was thinking that they could not revoke their acceptance as the postal rule applies where acceptance is deemed as soon as the letter is sent but I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated.
