Force = mass x acceleration
Acceleration = rate of change of velocity
You are given the mass, initial and final velocity and the time taken to go from one to the other.
Work = force x distance moved.
Use a suitable SUVAT equation to calculate the distance travelled in 1.2 seconds.
Then it's a case of plugging the numbers.
