Hi. I need recommendations for schools in London for art foundation that specialise in animation. Also, any tips for building portfolio? Thank you.

Have you checked out the University of the Arts London (UAL)? They offer two art foundations one at: Central Saint Martins and one at Camberwell. You can apply for these foundations as a diagnostic or specialist student.
You could apply as a specialist student for the communication pathway at Camberwell and then one of the options when you specialize further is Animation and Film. This could be a good route for what you are after.
There is lots of advice on portfolios on the website but please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
