Withdrawn - too late to transfer?

I received a letter from SFE today to say that my postgraduate loan has been withdrawn (as my university sent a withdrawal notification - I did not actually withdraw, but was planning to transfer). From what I have read, it looks like I won’t be able to transfer now, and that my one time only postgraduate loan is lost forever :-/ even though I was only 1/3 in. Is this the case? Is there anything I can do, or is it too late?

Hi Carrie, you should ask your university to remove the withdrawal and ask your new university to transfer your application to them.
