Can someone help me answer this question please i would really appreciate itt!

A local newspaper commented: ‘There are no facilities any more for local children to enjoy themselves and build happy memories: where are the parks, the pools, the playgrounds?’

“Write a letter to your local MP arguing that more should be done to improve facilities for children in your area” - 40 marks
