Transaction Completed: Licence issued

I applied my first provisional driving licence on and an update of address etc and got transaction completed license issued on 21st Nov, does anyone know what this means? And what will happen next do they just send the card out, with my resident card or is that not like that no more.Thank you

I'd expect your provisional to turn up soon then, I'm not sure if 'Licence issued' changes to 'Licence mailed' or not. I think they send your other ID back separately but I did mine a few years ago.

Hello even I got the same message few days back but haven’t received my ID Back, have you received your documents if yes than how many days it took after receiving the message transaction complete- license issued
