So I applied for university a few weeks back, Ive got a couple of offers but my first choice hasnt responded!! My friend applied just a week ago for exactly the same course and already has an offer, does this mean I havent got in?

Nope, just means they haven't replied to you yet. They still have months to get back to you, so don't worry - the only way you know you haven't got in is if they tell you that specifically, no reply is just no reply yet.
