Describe any three properties of this solution explaning how each property will prevent damage to the organelles?

So centrifuging at low speed probably wont answer the question.

I'd imagine you would want to mimic the cytoplasm... Besides for pH and water being present I'm not sure...

I'd suggest: Avoiding toxins, insoluble in water substances (such as lipids that could fuse with membranes of certain organelles)?

what do you mean by 'insoluble in water substances' ?

So it has to do with cell fractionation and ultracentrifugation

can you say buffer solution to keep ph constant and enzymes from denaturing, centrifuge at low speeds to prevent organelle from breaking? What else any help would be appreciated xx
Heyyy so i dont do a level bio so i looked it up, got this

1) Buffered - prevents denature of enzymes.
2) Cold - prevents enzyme activity.
3) Same water potential - prevents organelle from bursting.
