Caution!, “CRDF” at virustotal.com “One engine detected this above URL” as a potential dangerous Phishing link.
Looking further, the Fastly Server hosting the link is rated as suspicious by the anti-malware community, more at

(Could certainly be a false positive, as @qam is highly respected, but doesn’t look good - I think biggest problem is the “url-shortner” forms.gle, for example, they can literally point anywhere good/bad)
The IPv4 that (when I virtualised) was my end-point, has hosted these files today:-
2020-12-02 41/70 Win32 EXE BfRf.exe
2020-12-02 48/70 Win32 EXE L6HC.exe
(Scores out-of-seventy are “how many AV engines think this is a bad file”, anything more than 0/70 is a worry)
(Tho’ again one IPv4 address can co-host myriad sites, with Passive DNS Replication resolving myriad good & bad sites to one shared IP address)
