Partner sent 19 year old daughter without making sure she had a house

It was a few months ago but basically her daughter has got a job in London and my partner has just sent her out to the train station to sort everything out. She's only 19.

I don’t see why your partner should if had to sort something for Her grown daughter. She had a job lined up, if she’s old enough to be teaching she’s old enough to realise that she needs somewhere to live...
