Don't feel guilty.
What types of meat are you eating from takeaways and restaurants?
I'm not vegetarian or vegan but have allergies and am a very fussy eater.

Are you fussy, cos you dont like those food or allergies? If its cos you dont like them...try other foods that as close as possible to the meat option
How often do you get takeways/eat out? Not to be rude but you may as well go back to eating meat.

You could call yourself a flexitarian. There’s no point feeling guilty because life is too short.

Eating meat even on a rare occasions means you are definitely NOT a vegetarian. There are widely available options everywhere you eat these days, for vegans let alone vegetarians. Never feel like a fraud; being a vegan/vegetarian is an amazing option.
