my family and I were playing some card games and when my brother was going to play, my dad says be careful what you play so he changed what he played and my mum was like you did that so you could win. I tried to have a laugh as I thought it was a joke but they were both serious. Basically they had a big argument after that and I can’t help but feel like it’s my fault cause before the round I was like no don’t go let’s play one more round. This happens quite often. After my mum was like don’t ask me to play again and now I just feel so guilty.

IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT!!!
I grew up in an abusive household and I began to realise that the fights are always going to happen, sooner or later they were probably going to end up arguing about something if not the cards then something else! Hang on in there:hugs:

It’s totally not your fault. How would you know that would happen? Please don’t blame yourself...
