Hi!
I'm looking for someone to take over my contract at Prospect Point accomodation (Moira street L6 1BA) just behind Liverpool hospital and Uni of Liverpool Campus.
It is an ensuite room with a 3/4 bed, shared kitchen with 5 other students (3 girls, 2 boys) on the 3rd floor.
All bills included. Rent is £109 per week and I'm offering £500 cash on the day we change over contracts.
There's bike storage, laundry room, and common room available with 24hour security.
The accomodation is very close to shops and restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to the city center and train station.
There is content insurance for the flat.
I'm offering £500 cash on the day we change over contracts.
