For the Oxford Brookes rowing club, they have an Oxford Brookes rowing gym based on Headington campus in the sports centre and also the Oxford Brookes Boat House, which is based outside of Oxford.

So I would recommend the on-campus accommodations, which are the closest to the sports centre, Cheney halls and also Clive booth halls. There are accommodations that are close by too, for example, Dorset House, which is a short walk from Headington campus.
