I won't go into too much detail as some of it is a bit more personal to me, but I had a telephone GP appointment this morning which didn't go too well. Not too long after, I had a 1:1 meeting with my Head of Department in my capacity as an academic rep to have a much-needed catch-up before a departmental meeting not too long after. Btw, I'm an undergraduate student and I'm so done with this academic term - it's just been an incredibly difficult and stressful term.

Emotionally, mentally and physically exhausted. I have very rarely felt energetic or alive this year. No amount of rest seems to help. I have been to the doctor and had tests done and all is well so its all mental from grief, anxiety and just life in general this year.

Fairs, I'm the year above (second year) - it's not been an easy term for all students and staff alike tbh. I'm happy to have a chat tbh via PM.
