Contacting universities

Hi, I’ve contacted a university around twice myself one about predicted grades being wrong and to get in touch with my sixth form advisors and one about a query relating to will my offer from one course affect my changes of an offer in another. Will contacting the university a few times effect my chance of an offer for a course (applied for two have one offer waiting on the other) as they may think I’m annoying them or will it have no effect?
