I’m starting to feel really unattractive as no one wants to me friends with me. Do I scare people off? Here’s what I normally look like on a day go day basis (removed bc I’m self conscious sorry!)

Thank you! Do I seem unapproachable?

You are beautiful!

I would say approachability doesn’t depend on looks, but gestures and body language...

Please don't feel you need to be rated.

You are better than a number; and people should like you for being you and not because you are attractive.

Ahhh so flattered right now. That would make sense then. I’m a very awkward person, and make no body contact with anyone else 😬

Nope, but I do think there may be a better choice of glasses out there for you, maybe smaller with thinner rims. i'm by no means an expert tho, just a thought

Well I was just wondering if my looks make me appear like a horrible person and unapproachable, not to be rated. If people won’t talk to me in the first place because I seem scary then they can never form an opinion of what I’m like :/

That's good, but your title literally says "Am I ugly" rather than "Do I look unapproachable".

If people won’t talk to me in the first place because I seem scary then they can never form an opinion of what I’m like :/
Not at all, you do look very approachable.

You're soooo lucky. I can't wear contacts

P.S. Let me know if my superpower is working... it's "telling someone's prescription from looking at their glasses".

Are you... short sighted, mildly?

Perhaps without that strong brow, that I'm assuming you applied with make-up? In my opinion, a natural look would suit you very well
Apart from that, you look great, I love your hair!

Yeah title was probably misleading. Just a bit more catchy really idk. Maybe it’s just the fact that people in high school aren’t very good at socialising with new people, idk. And I’m only assuming I can have them, my appointment is in 3 weeks!

I don’t know what that means. But basically I can’t see far away. My prescription is -1 and -1.75 (eyes are different lol) so can manage okay without my glasses but need them for school or watching tv clearly etc.

Yeah haha the eyebrow pencil is a bit dark, was the only one available in tesco’s due to covid haha. I have very thin/non existent natural eyebrows so I think it’s best I keep with a less natural brow, purely because doing a natural brow is impossible sadly. And thank you, that’s my natural hair, I think it’s a complete mess 😂

Yes! I am right

Minus = short sighted and Plus = long sighted

Different prescriptions in either eye is normal

How long have you worn glasses for?

Very jealous. I love my glasses though, it's protected me from countless near misses.

Someone once said: "everytime you clean you glasses and see that gunk, it would have ended up in your eyes"!

Mine are -5.75 and -5.50

And you look approachable OP, it’s probably the body language as someone mentioned above

Yeah that’s what I’ve been trying to do. I’m currently in sixth form and I’m a new student. Makes it much harder as everyone else already has their friendship groups. Going online has helped but I do crave some real friends who I can meet, ya know?
