Hi are libraries still open in tier 3 does anyone know ( Manchester to be specific)

Mine I. London didn’t close last lockdown. You could not go in (bar maybe pre booked computers) but you could return books and collect new ones(reserved or they got you a bundle )

So best google!

Try and call them beforehand. Went all the way to mine because the endure had updated opening times, on to find (as the person above has said) that you could only collect or return books/items.

Can’t think of an alternative study space at the moment.
