Okay, if you go on stats, then distribution, then poisson, then pcd, and then you put your lower and upper limits as 6 and 9, and lambda as 7 and then it should come out with the right answer

you should have worked with "greater than or equal to 10", not "greater than or equal to 9" towards the end.
you want to exclude values greater than 9.
