guys: how much do you dislike ginger hair on girls?

Guys, in all honesty, would you ever go for a girl who was a redhead? Could you ever see them as more than a friend? I'm naturally ginger, and my confidence has always been slightly affected because of this, especially when it comes to guys. I have a lot of guy friends, but i've never had a proper boyfriend. Are girls with ginger hair just automatically less attractive? I'm very worried about this as i'm starting uni in a week or so and think that this will stop people from liking me, either as a friend or in the other way. Opinions please?

If you don't want to be ginger - dye your hair.

I'm not a guy but ginger doesn't necessarily]/i] mean bad. How ginger are you? My cousin has darker red hair and it looks really nice! Though if it's really bringing you down you could always dye your hair

I'm not a guy, but I know quite a few ginger girls, and none of them really have a problem with male attention.

And they're all 'proper ginger' and nor darker red..

As long as you style it nicely and generally make an effort, it's usally much more striking than blonde or brown hair, which is a good thing.

One of my best friends has curly ginger hair and loads of freckles.

She's stunning and is in a long term relationship, and out of my whole group of friends is the one who gets asked out the most.

ginger hair is fine.

I'm not a guy but I have red hair. Never had problems with guys - had three relationships and in my fourth (my second long-term) - if they're shallow enough to be bothered by a stupid thing like that, they're not worth dating.

Your hair is beautiful if you treat it like it's beautiful. There is nothing more attractice then confidence, get some.

Ginger hair can be beautiful, as can blonde and brunette.
